OPI Muppets Collection

Hey Guys,

OPI is bringing out a Muppets collection this November! The colours are incredible! There are a lot of glitters, one of them looks like it could be a mad-as-a-hatter replica. Anyways I just thought i'd let you know, I know it's ages away but still, I can't help but get excited! yay :)

China Glaze: Polka Dot Bikini

Ok, so this is from China Glaze's Poolside Collection. It's a fluoro yellow creme with a matte finish (though i prefer to use a top coat to give it a glossier finish. It took a fair few coats to get this degree of opacity (i'd have to say about 5) but i think the result was well worth the wait!

Thoughts?

China Glaze

So living in Australia doesn't provide you with the biggest variety for nail polish, we're pretty much limited to OPI ( although MYER has begun to stock 'Essie' which i've heard is quite good too). I was curious about China Glaze, i've seen many good reviews on this polish so I thought i'd order a few bottles from 8ty8 beauty and I am so excited for their arrival!

I ordered 6 bottles:

Yellow Polka Dot Bikini- A neon yellow creme

Pool Party- A neon pink creme

Flyin' High- A turquoise creme

For Audrey- A tiffany-esque blue creme

Grape Pop- A deep purple cream

Sky-High Top- A bright blue shimmer

Arggggh I am just so impatient for them to arrive!!!

Also for anyone who is confused about 8ty8's shipping costs (for some reason they don't include the cost in the checkout process) I received an email from them telling me the costs and they're as follows:

For International Shipping

$16 for 0-6 Bottles

$32 for 7-12 Bottles

$50 for 12-25 Bottles

$88 for 25-50 Bottles

$150 for 50-100 Bottles

So there you have it :)

If anyone knows of any stores that sell a large variety of nail polishes in Sydney, please let me know! as it is i'm restricted to David Jones and the Internet!

First Post!

Hi Guys!

So this is my first post on my blog "Polished". This blog is dedicated to all that is nail polish. Over the past year I have developed a dangerous addiction to nail polish and in particular OPI (an expensive habit I know) probably an after effect of going to a school with zero tolerance towards nail polish. Basically i'll just be reviewing different nail polishes and showing different designs i've created. I hope you enjoy!
