Ok, so this is from China Glaze's Poolside Collection. It's a fluoro yellow creme with a matte finish (though i prefer to use a top coat to give it a glossier finish. It took a fair few coats to get this degree of opacity (i'd have to say about 5) but i think the result was well worth the wait!
